Since 2018, Built To Impact® has helped coaches, consultants, and service-based entrepreneurs master their message, package their expertise, and build a profitable online brand.

We made it our mission to help our clients begin their wealth-building journey by teaching them how to use their skills to launch, grow, and scale their own training programs and high-end services to six figures and beyond.

From high-end coaching programs to multi-day events, we’re so proud of the impact we’ve had in the coaching community for black women and women of faith.

While this chapter has closed, we still want to honor the transformation that has happened since 2018.

I’ve spent the last 10+ years helping entrepreneurs master their message and build profitable brands.

What started as a love for helping people get noticed online through my web and graphic design services evolved into a full-fledged coaching company that’s generated over $6M since its inception (what you know as Built To Impact).

People have trusted me to help them position their expertise, package their offers, and increase their revenue. I’ve been known as a “high-ticket coach” or “Queen of Messaging” — but the real secret behind what’s helped me (and my clients) create lasting success is how I think.

My brain is wired for order.

I see patterns in the chaos, connect dots quickly, and turn complex ideas into a clear path to success.

That unique way of thinking has allowed me to take a jumble of thoughts, stories, and experiences and turn them into a message and brand people understand, trust, and buy from.

But I’ve used that same drive for clarity and structure to shape every part of Built To Impact‘s success.

I’ve created more than 100 SOPs to make Built To Impact successful, and what I once thought was just a weird love for templates and checklists was actually a mastery of designing systems that create clarity and consistency.

Those same systems helped me sell to thousands of customers, lead a team of A-players, run my business like a CEO (instead of being the bottleneck), serve hundreds of clients, and generate over $6M in revenue — all while staying consistent and avoiding the cycle of overworking.

And after nearly a decade of scaling to millions, I finally feel confident doing what I’ve wanted to do for years; help other CEOs who are scaling fast implement the systems, structure, and strategy that keep things running smoothly as they grow.

And I’m finally stepping into it.

No more Personal Brand Coaching.

No more “Five-Figure Launch” content.

No more minimizing my expertise in systems and operations to simply “being good at templates.”

I’m shifting my focus to what’s come naturally to me behind the scenes — operations, systems, and processes that help businesses scale profitably and sustainably without chaos or burnout.

I’ll be doing this through 1:1 Consulting, CEO Retreats, and my new venture — Work Hard Live Soft™.

It’s an operating system and mentorship community for founders who want to build structure, scale profitably, and experience more freedom & fulfillment in their life and business.
